Booking conditions:
To confirm any booking, a creditcard number is requested to guarantee your stay.
Special conditions : Ascension, July-August : 10 days before a 30% deposit will be charged.
It will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay.
We inform you that the deposit payment commits you for the whole period of your booked stay.
Cancellation terms:
- The payment of the deposit commits you for the whole period of your stay that you have determined and means that you have accepted the sales’ general terms.
- The deposit is deducted from your bill at the end of your stay only if this one is fully respected.
Ascension - July/August:
- If your cancellation occurs more than 10 days before your arrival, your deposit is completely reimbursed.
- If your cancellation occurs less than 10 days before your arrival, we keep your deposit, we debit your creditcard or we keep your voucher.
For any booking or walk-in at the hotel, we will ask you a creditcard number as a guarantee.
